I have some nice thin loin pork chops that I'd like to cook "Aisan style." I used to buy a barbecue mix in an envelope from a supermarket in Chinatown (Flushing) but damned if it seems to have been discontinued; I haven't seen it in ages. Anyway, any recipe that isn't too complex would be much appreciated. I have a fair number of condiments: hoisin, garlic chile sauce, mirin, fish sauce, etc. Thanks!
