I'm having a not-very-sophisticated wine tasting party tomorrow night (Sat, July 30). The only requirement for guests is that they bring a red wine (or two) of their choice. I'm going to serve dinner afterwards, but I'm stumped on the food. I'd been thinking Greek Mint and Lemon Chicken kabobs and Greek salad plus something else, but I'm worried the salad is too acidic. Alternatively, I could just do a variety of finger foods. I have young kids, so I need to make it easy and something I can fix ahead of time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
