Did anyone here on the bay area board see the article on artisanal tofu dishes (korean, chinese, japanese) in the NY Times yesterday? The pictures and descriptions sounded great!
Are there any restaurants here that serve this kind of tofu dishes? I figure with all the ethnic restaurants in the South Bay, there must be something like this out here.....Normally, I live in Austin, but I visit here all the time and eat only chowhound recommended stuff.
Any suggestions appreciated.
