First time there today for lunch. Our party of 4 found most of the dishes to be heavy on the salt. Has anyone found similar experience?
I love the atmosphere and the cheese variety there, but can't imagine returning for the other dishes. I had the RW menu, Moules in a tomato/basil cream broth as starter and Crispy Skate wing. Both were VERY salty. My guests shared a cheese fondue, the Artisanal blend, which was decent, but not overwhelming. They had onion soup (salty), fish and chips (salty), Chicken tannant (salty). We usually eat very flavourful food but the dishes today were disappointing, except for the passion fruit sorbet.
