Any experience with cooking their product?
I have seen their weekly ads for years, but never visited. Their ribsteaks seem cheap, but is their quality as good as the more expensive Costco.
What about specialty items, e.g. offal (fresh sweetbread and calves liver in particular), veal marrow bones, oxtail? Do they carry lamb, duck, goose? I don't remember ever seeing it advertised.
I doubt they would have game or wild poultry. Lukanik's (sp.? in South Hadley may be the go-to place for that, but other suggestions are welcome.
