Arax Prepared Food Taken it up a Notch or Three

Sevan used to be my go-to-spot for prepared Armenian food, but lately Arax has really taken it up a notch. The kids are getting more involved in the business, new awning, a few new displays, things a bit tidier.

But the prepared foods have really taken it to a whole new level. Most are now freshness dated and they are really amazing. The variety has also gotten much better. I find myself wanting to go back and try them all. They really have dishes I have seen nowhere else. They had little balls of bulgar wheat in a tomatoey sauce that I did not even get to try, and there are at least a half dozen other dishes I am itching to taste.

Recently had the most amazing vegetarian grape leaves I have ever eaten with pine nuts, currants, and fresh dill inside. They had meat ones as an option too. The ones at Sevan I always wonder if they buy them from somewhere else made commercially.

I hope folks will support this new effort on their part because it really offers a wealth of tasty goodness that is truly unique.
