I've always enjoyed arancini, trying it at all the favorite CH destinations. However, I think I may have stumbled upon a new source for the area's best - Tufts University Dining Services - Hotung Cafe (Mezze Kitchen to be precise).
Unbelievable, but true. I think this is because there are a number of older Italian women working in Hotung cafe in Tufts' campus center who whip these up when they're feeling inspired. The arancini are made with a spinach rice with a cheese and sauce core. Nice crisp fry, thin breading, not greasy at all. They charge $3.50 for one, but it comes on top of a small mixed green salad. Makes for a small lunch or a good snack.
Note: availability of these might be variable and Hotung Cafe only takes cash.

Curious to see if any other CHers have discovered these...
