How would you approximate this Onion Blossom Horseradish dip?

I've never tried or even seen this product but want to make a recipe that uses it w/o spending the $10 + shipping to procure it.


Based on sight alone, plus the list of ingredients, what do you reckon the ingredients/method should be? I'm imagining the taste is a creamy, mustardy, roast oniony, horseradishy one. Long term preservation is not my goal so I am ot interested in bottling it.
