I just tried to teach my daughter how to make an apple pie, we had watched the movie the waitress the night before, funny, anyways I followed arecipe in a reliable cook book and it was full of juice , it didn't thicken up at all. Now I did not bake it at 425 because my gas oven is very hot, so I had it at 400 for 40 mins and the aplles were ok just too much juice!!!!
Help what went wrong???
