Hi All-- I love blueberry dumplings... the biscuits that steam along with the bubbling fruit soaking up thier flavor. I'm wondering if any might have a receipe for an apple version? Or if its possible to adapt a similiar technique. If not, I'd love your thoughts on how to make the best cobbler--apples topped with biscuits versus a sheet of pastry, crumb/crips coating, etc.
