There is a thread below on 'comfort foods' so
I thought I would start a new one with this heading
as technically there is a small difference between
these two kinds of foods.
to start off with my suggestions:
The most suggestive food I ever encountered
was in Moroni (Ille de Grande Comores) when I ordered
a fancy sounding dessert and was brought on a plate
chocolate mousse with a cherry. They used a well
rounded glass of reasonable diameter with a well at
the bottom sufficient for placing one cherry on top of
which they made the gel type mousse, into the freezer
and then out in reverse onto a plate.
