Ok, so I walk into Peking Duck in Forest Hills last night...and Lou (one of the guys in suits from Lion Pavillion) seated me. I asked him about Lion Pavillion. Turns out that Lou was a friend of the owner so would fill in sometimes. He does the same for Peking Duck.
So, I asked him (in a roundabout way)why the food had went down at LP. He said the chef had left and went to WU Liang Ye on 86th Street (Manhattan.) This doesn't mean the chef is still there, but someone may want to check this out.
I figured Jim would want this info. :)
