"THE HAKKA COOKBOOK: CHINESE SOUL FOOD FROM AROUND THE WORLD" by Linda Lau Anusasananan will be our selection for January 2015.

The usual master thread and recipe reporting threads will go up at the beginning of the month. But in the meantime this is a great place to discuss your preparations for next month's cooking. The helpful COTM'ers are a fabulous source of information.
