Ana's Tacqueria

I went to Anna's for the first time last night and while I enjoyed the place, I found it a bit overwhleming- I'll explain this later.

I got as regular size steak burrito with beans and salsa. For a drink I got the canned Pineapple nectar.
I thought the meat was very tasty and the meal filling.
I doubted one simple burrito would hold me but it did.
The nectar I tought was too "tinny" tasting. Maybe it was just the way that type of juice reacts with the can or something else.

IMHO the pricing was excellent considering the value and quality I feel I got. Two meals with drinks came to under $10.00.

My sense of being overwhelmed (mentioned above) came from the fact that it was very crowded and had a long but quickly moving line. I felt because of the line I had to make a quick decision on what I wanted so I had to clear up the difference beween the quesadilla (sp?) versus the burrito before I got in line to place my order. Once I placed my order with the "food assembler"- I don't think cook is really an appropraite term here , I went to pay but was told to stand at one part of the counter where I saw the burrito being made with what what I wanted in it. After the order was made, then I paid. Fortunately there was a table already available. Being crowded, the noise level made it a bit hard to talk to the person whom I went with but we managed.

Overall, I'll definately go back again when I'm in the area.
