What's the difference in taste and better for traditional serving w/ blinis? Hackleback or Paddlefish? I used to get fantastic American Caviar from Tutto Latte Express --now closed -- but they only told me it was from Missippi (or Missouri -- they were never sure which) so I never knew which kind it was
I'd love some input here and maybe suggestions on wehre to buy -- as online resources vary greatly in pricing. Thanks!
