Does anyone own this AMCO Bakeware commercial aluminum muffin pan?

javaandjazz | May 16, 201104:45 AM     1

I went to the restaurant supply this past saturday looking for a commercial muffin pan and walked out with this one made by AMCO Bakeware. It is heavy guage aluminum with a silicone glaze on it to prevent the muffins from sticking. Should I still grease the cups. My old muffins tins were just cheap ones from the kitchen store and after awhile the spray would build up on them and look nasty. Now the sales clerk said no pan release but there is nothing on the data sheet they gave me that says not to use pan release. Thanks.
