Amaaaazing Rotisserie Chicken at Yummy Market

What's amaaazing about it is that (a) it isn't loaded with salt and chemical marinade like the chickens from Costco, Metro, Supercentre (b) it emerged from a Russian kitchen with very little salt. It actually tastes like chicken!

Overcooked a bit? Of course! You can take out the chicken from Yummy Market, but you can't take Yummy Market out of the chicken altogether.

Its a bigger chicken than the others, $10, available irregularly, call ahead I suppose. The Portuguese chickens from Supercentre used to be manageable, by they recently changed. They now are birds of a feather with the out and out chemical ones, whose trade name I have forgotten.

I have a rule not to buy anything else cooked or prepared by Yummy Market except for a couple of the salads.
