Ahhhh.....Al Fresco Dining in APRIL at the Inn at Bay Pointe, Quincy

I couldn't believe how nice the weather was yesterday. We had plans to go out to dinner last night, but didn't really have a specific place in mind. We knew, however, that it would have to be a place with outdoor dining. So we decided to head over to the Inn a Bay Pointe in Quincy, hoping that their outdoor deck was open. It was, and we proceeded to dine on some good food while enjoying the balmy breezes and great views of the bay.

Both of our meals were really quite nice; the bouillabaisse was very good, with all kinds of fish mixed with garlic, herbs, and spices. And the fried scrod was nicely done, with a nongreasy batter and moist, tender fish with little waste. Prices were reasonable, with the bill coming to around $50, including a couple of drinks.

Today would be another great day for outdoor dining, but I don't think I'll have a chance to do it. If anyone does get to do some al fresco dining today, enjoy the nice weather, as this will be it for awhile...
