Agua de Sevilla

I've been searching tapas bars all over Manhattan for Agua de Sevilla, a delicious pineapple/champagne/whiskey/rum/whipped cream (yes, whipped cream) concoction I have enjoyed only once before in Seville. A waitress at Pipa gave me a lead on Sevilla Restaurant in the West Village, but I had no luck there. I've tried other old-style spanish places, but I tend to get quizzical looks from the waiters (I think Agua de Sevilla is also a brand of cologne). Does anyone know anywhere I can get una jara of this?
