Agora Churrascaria Review - Brazilian BBQ

Alice | Jan 30, 200607:35 PM

We recently had a birthday party there for about 20, and it was great. Even though there was a lot of meat and all served on the skewer things, they were all soo tender and medium rare - cooked very well. Although my friend said his pieces were salty, I think he kept getting the outer pieces. My pieces were all juicy and very flavorful. Favorites were the filet and the bacon wrapped rib eye. The salad bar arrangement is actually also very good - everyone loved the clams. I personally also really enjoyed the beets, the eggplant, artichoke hearts and hearts of palm and the cheesy mashed potatoes.

The dessert was mousse and tiramisu and the mousse I believe is from La Mousse on La Grange - my favorite Mousse cake.

Overall it was a great meal, much better than I thought it would be considering the meat is cooked in such large portions =) However a little bit on the pricey side, $50/person including everything. =)
