I'm thinking of making a chocolate bark for my friends and family near the end of the year, which will probably consist of pistachios, cranberries, and perhaps a few decorative touches (I like to make things pretty). I don't want to go too dark with the chocolate? But I don't want a really sweet chocolate either. Somewhere in between; I was thinking ~60%? I've never really made any chocolate desserts before! All the chocolate desserts I've made use cacao powder or chocolate chips, so I have no idea what kind or which brand of chocolate to buy. I can't afford to spend a whole ton on the chocolate either; it doesn't have to be super fancy. Just something that will do the job and make a yummy chocolate bark that everyone will enjoy!
