I am a female cook/chef (depends on how I'm feeling that day) who is planning a trip to Italy in the Fall (early October). I am thinking about working while I am there rather than just traveling around. I am not necessarily looking for restaurant work. I am also thinking about organic farming options as well as other agricultural ideas. Seeing as this will be my first time out of the country, I think that I am looking for an "experience", rather than an action packed tour of Italy. Is there anyone out there with some advice for me?
