How far in advance can I make salmon mousse?

Making large salmon mousse as part of graduation party celebration. How far in advance can I make this? Would like to make 24-48 hours early and refrigerate because I have lots of other stuff to do day of party. Recipe calls for unflavored gelatin, whipping cream, mayo, some veggies & herbs and salmon. What do you think? TIA!
