I have been a long-time fan of Cheesecake Factory. Love it. Usually. I've had occasion to eat there twice in the last week, and both times I was disappointed. My favorite item, the bacon shrimp club, came DRENCHED in its garlic mayo sauce. Disgusting. Globs of mayo and soggy bread as a result. I had to knife off most of it. Then today, the bistro shrimp pasta's sauce was excessive and watery, making the shrimp batter soggy and the entire dish hard to eat. I confess, for once I'm not eager to go back soon.
