i have been to Chelokababi several times and they have the best kebabs. very, very tasty and addictive. whenever i am in the south bay i try to stop by and get an order (or two :) - the kebabs taste even better the day after).
i'm not big on chicken but my friends who are always order the specialty joojeh kebab. however, i like my red meat and love the chengeh (filet mignon) and kabab bareh (lamb) kababs. we usually gorge ourselves on the combination dishes (you can mix and match kebabs). they also serve the entrees with saffron basmati rice and they put a big pat of butter on it. yum!
be sure to make reservations if you go on the weekend.
