We're planning a trip to Vegas for my husband's 40th birthday this summer. I'm looking for the absolute best food to be had. Price is not a concern. We're not terribly interested in alcohol. We go to Vegas to eat. We'll be there for 4 days, so I'm looking for recs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To give you some idea, last time in Vegas we ate at Rosemary's and Joel Robuchon @ the Mansion, and had the absolute best meal of our lives.
Are we stuck going to these same places to find this caliber of meal again? I've been reading menus and none of the other high end restaurants seem to excite me as much. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to visit these places again, but I'd also like to try something new. We've visited a couple places on prior visits that were just disappointing in quality.
How about breakfast/brunch buffets? Again, not looking for the best price, looking for the best food. I know a lot of people are crazy about the seafood buffets, but that's not a concern here... we have access to all the good seafood we might want, living on the coast.
So if price weren't an issue, where would you love to eat in the Vegas area?
