9 lb Pork Picnic Shoulder

iDoVooDoo | Nov 7, 201605:20 AM     6

Found a recipe online that got rave reviews. Pork shoulder, cannellini beans, onions, shallots, garlic, beer, bay leaves, stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper. The cook went fine, seasoned roast and seared it before roasting. Pork pulls apart splendidly. This is a ton of food, but no one is loving it, sort of blah, sort of bland, nothing spectacular. I'd like to put it in a big pot, mix it all together and add stuff to make it brilliant, give it some flavor. I just don't wanna throw this much food away. I'm also willing to salvage just the pork and do something with it. Suggestions would rock!
