I tried to make matzo brittle from the Chow recipe, but it was an epic fail. I realized it wasn't going to work before I got to the final stage of adding toasted sliced almonds to the top. I was making a double batch. So now I have two cups of toasted sliced almonds, and I don't have any ideas for what to make with them. Do you?
Oh, and I forgot to add - I used up all of my brown sugar, so that's an ingredient I don't have available to me.
