There was some discussion on the Home Cooking board about this amazing sounding Canadian wine vinegar. Does anyone know where I could get a bottle in San Francisco?
Or, does anyone know a locally produced vinegar that tops this in flavor? I am looking for something packed with flavor to use on salads and on meats. The hope is that a great vinegar will decrease the amount of oil needed to make foods taste great. I especially love the dark, thick, slightly sweet vinegars used to garnish any number of dishes in restaurants all over the city. Any and all advice greatly appreciated!
