I've made this bread in boule form which turned out pretty good. So I want to try pizza. How should I have done this? I plop a grapefruit size ball of wet dough onto some parchment paper and can't for the life of me handle this wet gloop. So what did I do? Added a bunch of flour and kneaded (yes, I kneaded this "no knead" recipe) the dough until it got to a consistancy which I could then form into a pizza round. The stone is still heating so I haven't baked the pizza yet but I don't have high hopes. Please help, I want to try this again the "right" way!
