My BF and I are headed to Montreal from Brooklyn from May 14 - 18. So far we've booked (lunch, dinner):
May 14: No Lunch, Joe Beef
May 15: Lawrence, Impasto/Nora Gray
May 16: Le Clocher Penche, Vin Papillon/Lucille's (I know VP doesn't take reservations but we'll try going anyway!)
May 17: Olivo & Gourmande, Bouillion Bilk
I'd love to hear feedback on our plan...anything we're missing?
We're planning on visiting Hof Kelsten, Patrice, and Kougi Amman in the AMs as well as some cafes. Obviously late night poutine will happen - are we missing out by not going to L'Express?
Any feelings about Impasto v. Nora Gray? We were also debating Le Cartet for brunch one morning...better or worse than Le Clocher Penche?
Lastly, if we wanted to cook dinner one night and skip out on an evening, which reservation is best to skip?
