369 Restaurant in Fremont (Shanghai) - report

Han Lukito | Aug 30, 200110:52 PM

I would like to share this with fellow chowhounds:
369 has several branches but the one i tried is in Warmsprings blvd in Fremont.

Yang Chow fried rice: so far the still one of the BEST fried rice that I have eaten. They are almost always consistently excellent. Big shrimps, tasty fried rice, plenty of shredded meats and eggs. For me, it is good enough reason to come here. If anyone else knows especially good fried rice let me know. Some restaurants create good fried rice at times but not consistently.

Assorted Fried noodles shanghai style: good seasoning with plenty of shredded meats. The noodles are a bit too large for me and the same with the green onion.

Squid with salted vegetable: pretty good. The chef took the time to score the squids and the sauces taste just right.

Chives boiled dumplings : this one is a mistake. Should probably tried their pan fried dumplings.

I heard that their snowfish are good. Will try that next time.
