What to do with my 30lb Serrano??

Hi fellow Chowhounders. I never win anything, and low and behold I won a $30 Serrano ham, imported from Spain. Apparently this thing is good for a year with proper storage!?! So I plan to have a big Spanish Tapas party to help mow through some of this ham. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could make with it? Melon wrapped in ham, ya boring! I saw Bobby Flay make 'chips' with Serrano by deep frying slices until crispy. That's the kind of ideas I'm looking for! Any creative thoughts out there?

I also posted on the Home Cooking Cooking thread but wasn't sure if my Prairies friends would look there.
