when we honeymooned in Paris 25 years ago there was an article that I attached about great chefs that had opened bistros so we planned all of our dinners from that list. To be honest, at no point were we disappointed. Well, my wife has a business meeting in Paris this week and I'm going to tag along. Unfortunately that Times hasn't run a similar article recently so I'm looking for recommendations in a similar vein. Thank you for any help you can give us.
