What to do with a 25-pound salmon?

Went out on a fishing boat this morning (my son's friend's birthday party) and wound up catching a 25-pound salmon. Short of inviting everyone I know to come eat it, which my sweetheart won't let me do because the apartment is a mess, I'm a little at a loss about how to deal with it. We don't have an enormous freezer.

I remember a friend of mine who did the salmon boat thing taking his salmon to a smokehouse in Emeryville, where they smoked it for him. Does anyone know of any place where they do that on the west side of the Bay? Or, failing that, can anyone identify the place in Emeryville?
