Four of us had lunch at the Palm and each had the $20.01 menu which had a large selection of entrees. I had the filet mignon which was a very nice piece of meat and I am not normally a steak eater. I had it medium rare and it was wonderful. Others had the veal francese and rib eye and one onther person had the filet mignon too. It was a business lunch, so no sharing. Appetizers was a salad, no choice except for type of dressing. Sides were mashed potatoes which were ok and overcooked mixed vegetables. Dessert was a choice of strawberries, cheesecake or chocolate cake. Had the cheesecake and thought it was only so so. All in all not bad at all for $20, especially for filet mignon and everthing else that it came with.
Just too much meat for me. I'm not a vegeterian, but to eat a whole steak at one sitting is way too much for me. Sigh, next week it's Spark's for a business dinner. Guess this is what happens when male colleagues get to choose the restaurant.
