A decent white peony, while not necessarily the best of its kind, was generally fine, soft and gentle, and I managed to get a fair number of brews out of it. Tea brewing control freaks might appreciate the fact that you get to brew your own tea, going through the leisurely rituals of warming the various pots and bowls and cups, before adding the leaves to the pot and brewing the tea to one's own liking.

A few additional specials on the white board. The pork skin rolls have a nice sndy pork skin filing with lettuce and a quick whiff of mint. However, the rice paper rolls were a little thick and not as delicate as I would have liked.
