Hi All, I hope you can help me. So I shelled out $$$ for a beautiful boneless 10" Prime Rib, problem is is that its 16" and my oven is smaller than average. It will barely fit diagonally, sans pan.
Can I cut it in half, use 2 roasting pans and stagger them on 2 racks? If so, will this effect cooking time? I plan on using the Cooks Illustrated 225 degree method.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
