After the end of a relationship, I am left with 1.5 lbs. of gluten-free, quick cooking oats. I would like to turn them into edible cookies. I have tried a national brand of gluten-free bread. IMO, it sucks. I like a crisp crust with a chewy, gluten-laden interior. If you have any recipes or comments that might solve this problem, I would be grateful to read them. Thank you.
