I came upon a 1963 version of a critics guide to New Orleans resturants. It was in catagories and measured with stars. After going through it, I noticed that many 1963 establishments are no longer in business. Thus, I
I began thinking as to how some of these closed places would measure up to those still in operation. So I started to try to take each catagory and come up with the "all time best" open or closed. Impossible, of course, but I would like to hear comments on the all time best. For example all time best red beans and rice, all time best roast beff po-boy etc. so forth. I will try to compile a list of them and maybe put together a little pamphlet. Thanks for all comments.
