Help! I only get one night to "blow away" my foodie friend from Paris. His rules say the menu must be American trditional or New American with seafood an option. The emphasis must be on the food,presentation and atmosphere. The wines should be American vintage. (He won't admit to liking any of them; yet I've heard he returns to France bragging to his fellow gourmands of the "amusing little American wine" he discovered.
Location isn't a factor.
