You know you need mixing bowls. But should you go with glass or stainless steel? Think of what you usually mix. Glass is microwave safe, among other advantages. On the other hand, egg whites and mousses tend to blend faster and fluffier in metal (stainless steel) bowls. If you’re still undecided, why not register for both? A set of glass bowls and one good stainless steel bowl should do the trick.
