An early report on the newly opened Tsujita: It’s not serving ramen yet, but it’s already doing a wonderful omakase. Dishes are well executed, with excellent presentation, reports thranduil. It’s ambitious, too. Deconstructed chirashi sushi with tea is very nice, says AAQjr—the highlight is actually the extremely well-cooked rice. There’s even lemon sorbet, served in Campari-like broth, and it’s very nice, says AAQjr.

The sashimi shows excellent knife work, though there’s nothing unexpected on the menu, says AAQjr. There’s also perfectly cooked, but utterly normal, steak.
