Bad Boys Pizza has a humble greatness: “It’s not brick oven or fire roasted or any of that. The oven is the kind with the conveyor belt that slowly moves the pizza from one end to the other,” explains lil mikey. “But the result is what matters, and the result is a great pizza.”

The pizza has a thin, firm, unsoggy crust, and comes to you hot, with properly melted cheese. The tomato sauce is tangily tomatoey, but the meat is the best part. Sausage and pepperoni are sliced thinly, so the edges of the meat get crispy. “I love the deeper flavor and variation in texture caused by the crispiness,” says lil mikey.
