RoxyB recently discovered a great “salty butterscotch” sauce. It’s made by Shootflying Hill Sauce Company, and it has an impressively silky texture, even at room temperature. It’s just as good alone on a spoon as it is drizzled over bananas. RoxyB’s small jar lasted just two days.
chowmel bought some at a farmers’ market, and also loves it—his large jar lasted about a week.
Shootflying Hill also makes milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and peach bourbon sauces.
