The combo of chocolate with salted caramel continues to get glowing reviews from hounds with sweet tooths. The NoMad, Eleven Madison Park‘s more casual spin-off, makes a knockout chocolate-caramel tart with hazelnut and a sprinkling of fleur de sel. At dinner it’s served with chocolate ice cream and a bit of crumble, Nancy S. reports.
michelleats‘s caramel dessert of choice is the salted caramel goat’s-milk soft-serve at Victory Garden. “Wicked good,” she says of the ice cream. “Add some cocoa nibs or fudge sauce for topping and you’re good to go.”
