Park Restaurant & Bar opened this month in the former Redline space in Harvard Square. coolaugustmoon and gini have both tried it, and here’s what they’re saying:

“The beer list is all over the place, in a good way.” – coolaugustmoon

“A spoonful of pancetta is hard to say no to, but the lamb bacon won out a place in my heart—salty olives, creamy feta, savory lamb bacon: more please!” – gini on the Bacon 3-Way

“The fried mussels are in a tempura like batter. I assume they par steam the mussels to pop them open for shucking then fry them like tempura. It comes with fried candied lemon slices as well. I’m sure the fried mussel thing has been done before, but I have never seen it.” – coolaugustmoon

“Meat pie of the day: truffled parsnips with lamb and caramelized onions, mushy peas. Sadly for me, you couldn’t taste the parsnips or the truffles as they were both overpowered by the delicious lamb and perfectly flaky crust. It didn’t matter—it was comfort food on a plate. The mushy peas weren’t mushy, but they were still minty and bright.” – gini
