Spicy Sesame Mayo

Liven up your next sandwich with this Asian-inspired spread. Try slathering it on some seared tuna or combining it with roasted peppers and eggplant.

What to buy: Look for Sriracha hot sauce in the Asian section of your supermarket; we prefer the one made by Huy Fong Foods (with the rooster on the jar!).

This recipe was featured as part of our Sandwich Spreads photo gallery.

Instructions

Place the mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil in a small, nonreactive bowl and stir to combine. Add the sesame seeds if desired.
