1Slice 2 sweet yeast rolls in half horizontally. If your little one likes mayonnaise or mustard, you can spread about 1/2 teaspoon of each on each roll. Place 1/2 ounce of sliced turkey breast on the bottom of each roll and 1/2 ounce of cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese on top of the turkey. Smush the sandwiches by placing a cast iron or other heavy pan on top of them for at least 5 minutes.
