Ingredients (8)

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 3 tbls Lemon Juice
  • 1~2 tbls Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/4 cup diced Green Onion or Chives
  • 3/4-1 pound of fresh Salmon
  • 2 beers (optional)

THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOUR EYES ONLY AND YOU WILL SELF-DESTRUCT IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY

Instructions

  1. 3/4-1 pound of fresh Salmon
    Marinated w/mix of mayo, teriaki sauce, liquid smoke; lemon pepper or island rum spice or what you prefer.
  2. Grill or bake Salmon until flaky (if grilling cook skin side first, flip, remove skin and save for Sushi roll :)
  3. Drink a beer.
  4. Let Salmon cool and mix the rest above stuff together.
  5. Add Salmon, mix very well and chill for about 3~4 hours. Better overnight.
  6. Serve with crackers, chips, etc.
  1. Drink another beer!
