Ingredients (8)

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 3 tbls Lemon Juice
  • 1~2 tbls Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/4 cup diced Green Onion or Chives
  • 3/4-1 pound of fresh Salmon
  • 2 beers (optional)

Instructions

  1. 13/4-1 pound of fresh Salmon
    Marinated w/mix of mayo, teriaki sauce, liquid smoke; lemon pepper or island rum spice or what you prefer.
  2. 2Grill or bake Salmon until flaky (if grilling cook skin side first, flip, remove skin and save for Sushi roll :)
  3. 3Drink a beer.
  4. 4Let Salmon cool and mix the rest above stuff together.
  5. 5Add Salmon, mix very well and chill for about 3~4 hours. Better overnight.
  6. 6Serve with crackers, chips, etc.
